Our LIM (liquid injection molding) machines are designed specifically for micro-molding small silicone elastomer parts while also being capable of molding large parts or multi-cavity.  These machines are used globally by some of the biggest named companies in implantable medical devices, medical devices and many other industries. 

We offer stand alone LIM machines along with multi-bay LIM machines that can run different molds simultaneously at different shot sizes. Molds can be changed out while the LIM machine keeps running with mistake proof safety built-in. We have taken LIM molding to a whole new level!
